I had my 6 month follow-up with my surgeon and he said he was proud of me.  Yay :D

1: frankenshake
2: lox dip with cucumber slices
3: chili w/ ho****er cornbread

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:16:43 running outside for a total of 3.53 miles, 45 minutes yoga - 30 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 min twist & align for back pain

I won't be eating any tonight, sniff, but it's tasty stuff and much easier than the hushpuppies I normally make to go with chili!
