Exercise: Just got my butt kicked in Total Body Rock.  An awesome 45 minute workout class with high cardio and strength training.

D - ??? maybe lamb stew -- I'm not sure what he's making

E - maybe elliptical if I can get to the gym soon

Exercise - Stationary bike tonight after dinner

I'm getting back on track after gaining 25lbs and never getting to my goal. Next April will be my 5 year surgery anniversary and I'd like to say I finally got to my goal.   Gotta.Get.There.Once.And.For.All!!

Today is going to be rough and requires extra, extra,  extra coffee.   Baby was up until 4am and again at 7.  I think I squeezed in about 4.5 hours of chopped up sleep.

water - a little behind!

exercise - not yet.  Maybe later, or maybe a rest day.

I'm off to drink some water! (smile)

S - quinoa chips - YUM

D - Buffalo Chicken wonton cupcake (pinterest recipe) and a couple cucumbers

E - not in days, its awful...hoping to get up at 5:30 tomorrow and hit the pavement before school
