Exercise: Just got my butt kicked in Total Body Rock. An awesome 45 minute workout class with high cardio and strength training.

I'm getting back on track after gaining 25lbs and never getting to my goal. Next April will be my 5 year surgery anniversary and I'd like to say I finally got to my goal. Gotta.Get.There.Once.And.For.All!!

Today is going to be rough and requires extra, extra, extra coffee. Baby was up until 4am and again at 7. I think I squeezed in about 4.5 hours of chopped up sleep.

Lunch - salmon and salad- also yummy
Lunch2 - crock pot thai chicken thighs- yum
Dinner - hamburger with cheddar
