1 - broiled tilapia
2 - General Tso chicken (trying not to beat myself up about this indulgence. Totally off plan. My first time in almost 9 months. I did not let it derail my day. My calories and protein are in line. I just hate that I gave in to the sweet.)
3 - grilled chicken and southwest salad
4 - probably not - need this more when I'm working night shift and am awake about 18-20 hrs/day
