Its time to cook again. I went food shopping today, so tomorrow should have some new dishes. I lost two pounds this month, so I'm upping my calories by another 100 to 1500 per day. I'm so afraid of gaining weight that I have trouble eating my allocation of calories, but if I aim for 1500, perhaps I'll get closer to a balance. The continuing saga of Carol's weight loss journey...
