I'm finishing up some left-overs, and then I made some pulled pork and angel chicken that I can't wait to try later.
Breakfast - salmon - (I got little tired of the crustless quiches, so I'm back to salmon for a while - yum. )
Lunch - left over pork chop from my otoberfest lunch out yesterday
Lunch2 - finishing off that chicken in spicy peanut sauce
Dinner - Pulled pork - yum.

exercise - soon - off to the recumbent bike

exercise: 1:16:35 running outside for a total of 3.48 miles, 45 minutes yoga at home - 30 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 minutes twist & align for back pain
