My body is still angry with me for not taking enough time to rest and recover post-kidney stone. I think it would have been happy with a month or two. I gave it most of a day :P As long as I can do my voice lesson today, it'll be okay since then I've got a relaxing evening ahead.

my body is not happy with me either. I didn't have a kidney stone, but just killed myself in the gym & on the rink this weekend. I got on the treadmill at lunch ran a few minutes and my legs just said NO. I spent the rest on the time on the eliptical. We gotta listen to our bodies sometimes.
Italian good is sounding so good to me. There is definitely some lasagna in my future.
