A little over on calories today - had medical appointments in the morning and afternoon, at different locations. Had breakfast and lunch at home, but afternoon appointment lasted much longer than expected, so I got a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger, no bun, on the way home at 5:30. So I'm skipping the steak I was planning on having for dinner, and will have a protein shake for a snack.
