Happy Saturday everyone :)  I hope yours is a good one!

What's on the menu today?

B - chike, coffee

S - protein shake

L - rotisserie chicken & brussel sprouts

S - maybe nothing -- but I'm hungry today, so maybe greek yogurt or some veggies

D - chicken cordon blue casserole & green beans (or brussel sprouts)

E - killer lift circuit & sprints

Breakfast - crustless ham and cauliflower quiche

Lunch - chicken and garlic green beans

Lunch 2 - stuffed green peppers

dinner - not sure - maybe pesto chicken and squash

vitamins - on track

exercise - not yet.  maybe soon.

Looking forward to you posting your freezer recipes Stacy - they sound great.  I'll try to post some recipes too, with nutritional values.

I'm trying to "diversify" my menu.  Just picked up some salmon, and I'd love recipes for that and other fish.

It's funny.  Most days I have zero issue with three meals a day.  Today was not one of those days.  I had the lemon bar I got from the farmers market pastry chef and I was also feeling really fatigued/down/something on the way to the movie theater today so I got one of the hummus cups they sell.  I think my body is still feeling a bit beaten up from my kidney stone earlier in the week. :/  Hopefully a good night of sleep tonight will get my body back to normal.

2.5: 1/2 lemon bar
2.6: hummus cup at movie theater
2.7: other 1/2 lemon bar
3: slow cooker lazy ground beef curry w/ rice for the guys
