Happy Thursday everyone! I'm excited for date night tonight :) I have meetings from 3-4 and 4:15-4:45, so the rest of the day should fly by!

Today is bhangra/choir day, which means my meals are a bit wonky. I've added a 4th meal to the day so that I'll have enough energy to make it until I get home from choir. I'm glad I'm getting one solid meal at least...

exercise: 1:11:33 running outside for a total of 3.47 miles, 30 minutes yoga - intermediate stretches for running

Hi all,
Breakfast - crustless ham and cauliflower quiche
Lunch - left over steak and broccoli from dinner last night
Lunch 2 - stuffed green peppers and garlic green beans
Dinner - chicken in tomato basil sauce and cucumber salad
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - did another trial at a gym - 30 minutes of upper body work and 15min on eliptical. I liked it better this time.
