I missed out on Zumba and water aerobics this morning since I had the wrong start time in my head. I did at least get out for a walk, so that's something!
0.5: slice of pineapple
1: frankenshake
2: sushi!
3: crispy curried chicken w/ indian-style zucchini
water and vites: on track!
exercise: 60 minutes zumba class, 60 minutes water aerobics class 50:46 minutes walking for a total of 2.26 miles

Wow. this week is whizzing by!
Breakfast - crustless cauliflower and ham quiche - yum
Lunch - tomato basil marinated chicken and cauliflower slaw
Second lunch - hamburger and cheddar and cucumber salad
Dinner -stuffed green peppers
Vitamins -on target
Water - good
exercise - maybe later.
