S: Tuna packet

L: Chicken leg and kale

S: Low fat cottage cheese cup

D: Turkey burger melody with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, okra, and brussel sprouts

Water: Not doing that great today

Vitamins: Check

Exercise: 45 minutes of Zumba and 30 mins of Kickboxing

exercise: 1:04:02 running outside for a total of 3.17 miles, 60 minute yoga class
