exercise - elliptical - tried out an exercise class at a gym today. I want to firm up my muscles.

Vitamins - Check, though I still gotta take my calcium and B12
Exercise - Biking up a pretty substantial hill to the cafe where I now sit, happily typing.

wow you guys are so organized! I will have gy for breakfast, string cheese and maybe a few peanuts for lunch, a small apple if i can find a good one, and dinner will be whatever i find at safeway but i noticed they had this deli shrimp salad that looked lite on the mayo stuff and had lots of veggies in it so i think I will get that. they have a good ceviche too. D
