NSV -- despite my anxiety

I was tagged in a pic on Facebook that I don't hate -- something new!  This is from the party this weekend.  You can see my arms are crossed (stress) and I'm the only one without a drink in my hands.

It's funny, I find myself crossing my arms more often now - because I can. Hehe. It was never comfortable before!

You look beautiful!

I'm another one who has taken to crossing my arms much more frequently. Subconsciously, I wonder if it's because I'm trying to hide? Like, when I was much larger, I preferred longer, fuller hairstyles (to hide behind) and now I'm wondering why I have developed this new habit. Very odd to see that so many of us are doing the same thing!

Regardless, this is a lovely photo of you. Be proud of how incredible you look and how far you have come!
