Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
I can't believe I haven't posted here before! A very helpful check-in tool. Here goes:
Breakfast: 1/2 scrambled egg (my dogs got the rest :) )
Lunch: 1/2 cup of quinoa-lentil salad with feta, green onions, cherry tomatoes and a few pecans.
... not sure about the rest of the food yet.
Exercise: Biking
Vitamins: Check!
Water: Waiting that standard half-hour to pick that back up ...
