Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
My usual boring post!
early morning snack: Chike hazelnut mocha protein shake, black coffee
breakfast: sirloin romaine wraps with mustard and pickle relish
lunch: half serving of chicken satay skewers from the local Thai restaurant (yay leftovers for tomorrow!)
afternoon snacks: bison jerky, Greek yogurt
dinner: curried Fisherman's Eggs (egg baked on top of mashed sardines and onions), roast brussels sprouts
after dinner snacks: protein hot chocolate, fresh berries with whipped cream
water: on track particularly if you count black coffee as water, like I do
vitamins: on track
exercise: will do a circuit training DVD after work tonight
1: frankenshake
2: leftover panang tofu
3: chicken shwarma with tahini sauce w/ bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, and grilled bread salad
water and vites: on track - I've been doing really well with my vites once I switched my 2nd batch (just a calcium) to be my first batch. Since I can take it without food it's easy to chew first thing in the morning which is ALWAYS two hours before I each lunch.
exercise: 100 minutes yoga - 15 min morning stretches for back pain, 60 min beginner combination, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 10 min ab strengthening for back pain

We are having lovely weather today, 82 degrees here in Mississippi.
B: scramble eggs and two small pieces of bacon
S: Cottage cheese
L: Turkey burger, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and okra (all mixed together)
S: A handful of cherry tomatoes
D: Steak and Kale
Water: On it but need to pick up the pace
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 45 Zumba class at lunch and weight training and sauna after work.
I'm wearing my winter coat today, too. I've been constantly cold since the surgery. There were maybe 5 days this summer when I felt warm. And others around me to sweating and complaining about the heat. I can see why old people more to Florida! hehehe
Breakfast - finally finished that zucchini lasagna - yum
Lunch - crustless ham and cauliflower quiche - also yum
second Lunch - pesto chicken and broccoli slaw
dinner -stuffed green peppers - yum
vitamins - good
water - ok
exercise -recumbent bike, here I come!
