Cold here too, and in MI. Turn on our pellet stove today. and had a bowl of chili! :)

Yeah, not allowed to eat anything more than 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. Been stalled for 5 or 6 months and it's horrible. NUT says try this for a few weeks. Kill me please.
