Been a while for me but I am trying to get back on here. My NUT wants me on 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. UGH but I have to wait until $ to buy my protein stuff since I ran out all at once

B Protein bar

L Pot roast with corn string beans in a little gravy. 1 small cauliflower broccoli cheese patty I whipped together

D no idea yet, hopefully chicken with cauliflower/cheese

 

W done! Bought a new jug 75oz to carry with me daily. It helps me get in my liquids

Yes, This week is flying by for me, too.

I'm cooking today, so I'll have a new menu tomorrow, but for today, it'll be all too familiar...

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - zucchini Lasagne

2nd dinner - parmesan crusted chicken  mashed cauliflower

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - soon- off to the recumbent bike for 20 minutes...
