Dinner: possibly Mexican meatloaf, broccoli

Mexican meatloaf sounds good! I have never heard of that, but I love anything Mexican.

Ground beef, egg, tiny amount of oats, green pepper, onion...mix well. Divide in half. Form one into oval. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese. Form other half into oval and place on top of cheese. Pinch to seal. Mix salsa with Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatloaf. Bake 30-60 minutes at 375 degrees until cooked through.

L-Brisket 2oz

S-cheese and fruit?

D-Brisket 2oz, dab of ranch

***I know the ranch is a no no, but seriously it is soooo good! I typically use just 1-2 TSP.

Idk. Im my mind it helps my meat slide easier causing me to eat more. Just my opinion.
