Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup question
The can says mix the can with a can's worth of milk. Is the nutritional info on the can include the milk? Or just what's in the can? Just wondering because I mixed it with water instead of milk.
BUT...today is the first day off of the clear liquid diet. I'm up to thick (er) soups now...and that was the best damn soup I've ever had.
Down 22 lbs in 11 days.
I've always thought it was just what was contained in the can. I think that's right, or manufacturers could mix anything with more nutritious foods and make the product look more nutritious than it is. That wouldn't make sense.
Congratulations on moving to full liquids. It just gets better and better!

Just what is in the can. At this stage, feel free to add milk - extra nutrients and protein.

I was allowed baby food(chicken or turkey and gravy ) with no chunks, anything that would pass thru a strainer and boy did it tASTe good
the nutriates are only for whats in the can unless it says different some food list prepared also
I just had that soup!! It was an old fav when I was a kid, and I had a hankering for it lately :) I agree with above post, add the milk for extra nutrition.
