Dizziness -- I feel high (is this anorexia?)

I understand completely! I hover in the 95-110/ 55-65 range. If I hit the high point of that range it's because I'm stressed or active and they say "oh good blood pressure!" lol. I think yeah give it 5 minutes of resting and watch it drop to bad blood pressure. I eat a lot of salt, I actually crave it and I was never like this before. I have noticed that I have been having low blood sugar episodes too. My husband pointed it out that my energy was really low at times and my demeanour was less then stellar (I think he meant I was being *****y lol). Yesterday I made a point of eating 6 times and it made a difference. Less moody and almost no dizziness. I have to force myself to eat because I really am becoming that annoying skinny person that "forgets" to eat lol. But it's not healthy. Do you also get the heart palpitations?
Yes I would try to avoid it. Eat 6 times a day and drink your liquids. Stop skipping snacks. I don't exercise much but if you are you need to feed your body for that. Our goal was health, not stick man...so be kind to your body so it can keep you running for years to come
Craving salt...maybe that is why I am getting addicted to Israeli sunflower seeds.(like regular sunflower seeds but larger).

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

I am glad I saw your post. Yesterday at work, I passed out from the dizziness and couldn't feel my hands. I was transported by ambulance to the ER, where they decided there was nothing wrong with me. It was scary, but I had not eaten as much as normal that morning. I came on here to see if anyone else had similar experiences.
