Yes, the only peaches that should be in your life are strippers.   Otherwise they're too high on the glycemic index.  Actually, the strippers might not be any good for you either LOL.

Be sure to look for any hidden sugars.  Fruit and candy are the obvious ones, but be sure you're checking everything.  Condiments, yogurt, and sauces all hide them, but do cross check everything.

The objective is to transform to a "fat adapted" person.  Google "NSNG" to learn more (nothing is being sold, it's just information).  You can start at marksdailyapple.com also which helps explains fat adaption.

I passed on this advice earlier because you'd be shocked to discover how many common issues get resolved by eliminating the sugars and grains.  It's practically a miracle drug except there's no drug.  It's just selecting foods to avoid those two particular items.  The rest of the world is wide open and even encouraged.

I'm a big fan of Mark's Daily Apple but haven't read a lot of their stuff lately.  And my surgeon is a HUGE paleo guy and wants all of his patients to get completely off the sugar and grains if they can.   Most of them ignore him, unfortunately

I will check out NSNG today - thanks!
