Enjoy your date Stacy woo hoo! I'm only supposed to eat 3 meals a day but I usually have 1 snack because I get hungry between lunch and my 1-1:30(depending on if there is an accident or not) commute home to dinner.

B: egg beaters, 2 slices of precooked bacon, reduced fat cheese

L: turkey burger no bun and brussel sprouts

S: 2 slices of deli ham

D: chicken breast and brussel sprouts.

W: On track

V: done

E: football game tonight but will try to walk afterwards

breakfast -  zucchini lasagne and cucumber salad

lunch -  crustless mushroom quiche

dinner - parmesan crusted chicken and basil cream zucchini

second dinner - more zucchini lasagne or greek chicken with kalamata olives

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - soon off to the recumbent bike

I just had the flu for 4 days and today I finally have something of an appetite back.  So after nothing but fluids and a few crackers for a few days, here's my results for today.  I hope everyone had a good Monday!

B: Protein shake

S: String cheese

L: Tuna

S: Dannon Lite & Fit greek yogurt, key lime

D: Shrimp ****tail

S: deli ham & cheese roll

W: 7 cups - Need work on getting more!

V: Done

E: 30 minute power walk

Hi! Quick question For ya about your shake as a snack. . . what kind of shake? How many calories? My (judgemental competitional) coworker said her (our NUT - who never told me this) that our snacks should be 100 cal or less.
