Happy Wednesday -- oh what a short week.  I love it!

What's on the menu today?

B - chike & coffee

S - yogurt & blueberries

L - spicy chicken w/ green beans

S - turkey deli meat

D - spicy chicken salad & wine :)

S - ? protein ice cream?

E - 20 mins elliptical, 30 minutes stairs, 10 mins walking, 45 mins yoga

W - on track

V - check!

Happy Hump Day!! I have been craving fruit for the past two days so I finally caved in.

B: 2 thin slices of deli ham, strawberries and pineapple

L: chicken breast and 2 pieces of pineapple

D: 1 turkey hot dog no bun and about 2 TBSP of spicy crab dip

W: on track

I'm having a pretty crazy week.  I'm currently in a rare down period before tomorrow which will have me running around all day!  But then I get to spend the weekend with my parents and that'll be really wonderful.  

1: frankenshake
2: greek chicken salad
2.5: local potato chips
3: grilled steaks w/ compound butter w/ grilled eggplant with tahini sauce

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes zumba

Hi Everyone, Yes the week is flying by:

B; Cottage cheese / peach

L: chicken sandwich, 1 slice light bread, chicken, onion , mayo, and a chicken leg

S: banana

D: poached egg or chicken and vegs.

W: yep

V: yep

B:  1/4 english with scrambled eggs - didn't really taste good, so didn't eat much

L:  eggplant with wheat thins and other 1/2 english (tasted good, ate too much)

S:  Chobani Simply 100 Yogurt with granola

D:  pork chops with sauted onions and fresh corn

S:  no sugar added fudgesicle

E:  walked 50 minutes

V:  Yes!

No short week for me :( I opted to work on Monday! But we are closer to Friday :) 

B:  Premier Protein Strawberry shake 

S:  2 oz cheddar cheese

L:  P3 Protein pack - Ham/Cheese/Cashews

S: Chips and Salsa (Alllll bad - major slider I have discovered today! Went through my sleeve very quick!) 

D:  Hamburger Patty and another shake before I go to bed 

Water:  half way there - need to step it up! 
Vitamins:  3 of 4

So I've been back from vacation and back to work now for 1 week ... I had a wonderful 10 day vacation....  and today is my day off and I'm off tomorrow and Friday !!! 3 days off ... weird... this time my husband's aunt passed away so it will be wakes and funerals ... then I work Saturday and I'm off Sunday... As sick as it sounds I feel like it's a mini vacation ... sick I know...

D. 2 chicken wings

S 1/2 a small Ralph's it in an no sugar added Italian ice vanilla chip

Exercise 2 times today 1 45 min walk on the beach 

2 1 hour walk on the beach :-)  it was awesome and beautiful

Kids first day of school so hubby and i snuck out with out them then when they got home we took them with us!!! ♡♡♡
