I wore a loose fitting sports bra I bought cheap at Walmart and a pull over no waited cotton dress... when you get home your going to want to rest so don't put anything on that you will have to take off why bother !!! Best of luck to you !!! :-)
I wore a loose empire waist dress and a cotton, fasten-in-front leisure type bra. I did have an incision right on the bra line but the cotton leisure bra that fastens in front did not hurt it at all.
