B:  Atkins Chocolate Latte Shake. I am out of my Click Espresso :( 

S: Not sure yet 

L:  P3 Protein pack - w/Ham/Almonds and Cheese

S:  RTD Premier Strawberries and Cream protein drink and a sting cheese 

D:  Hamburger patty - with onions and bell peppers patted in - with a little low sugar ketchup on the side. Tastes like meatloaf, and is quick! 

Water:  Doing bad on this so far! Need to step it up! 
Vitamins:  1 or 4
Exercise:  Swim @ lunch break

B:  chobani simply 100 with almonds and walnuts (about 1 oz)

L:  eggplant cooked with tomato paste (homemade), green peppers, 10 wheat thins, small salad with tuna

D:  leftovers - meatballs and possibly 1/4 c whole grain pasta

S:  no sugar added fudgecicle

V:  yes

E:  short walk, brutally hot and humid here - hopefully a late evening walk

Breakfast-crustless mushroom quiche

Lunch - zucchini lasagna

dinner -left over steak and mushrooms and tomatoes and mozzarella - from anniversary dinner yesterday

snack - hamburger and cabbage casserole

vitamins - on track

water-ok

exercise - recumbent bike - done

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.36 miles - c25k w2d1 - it was really hard to run for 90 seconds straight :(
