I'm no Frisco, but...
I kept walking passed hubby's latest contribution to our pantry....Hell, yes...they're calling my name! Devil's slider... remembere'd someones' post about how crackers and chips chew down to nothing... (yah- that's why they are called sliders..new-beys...get educated on this one...so important!) Anyways....went directly to lunch---It's spinach-all kinds of fun textures and tastes - yep- in maintenance- can have a little avocado-mushroom, feta cheese, etc... Well, at the end of the combination...OOOPS.. forgot the protein! Enter - go to- tuna- whopping 20 g. protein and some homemade Greek yogert and sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing...yummm Fully half of it went back to the fridge. thank you sleeve. MINDFUL EATING---PRICELES!!! Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend---bonnie. (yah, and, remember what is really important)
