So happy!!!
this time last week I was doing the colon prep for my sleeve which I had this past Monday, 8/25/14. Today I am home, feeling fantastic! I am getting in all my daily protein and fluids. I am so very thankful for all that I have learned and continue to learn from the bloggers. It's only been 7 days but so far this journey is amazing! I will weigh in one more week and post my progress. I feel like the weight is definitely falling off. Can't wait till there's no more swollen tummy! Life is good!
That is wonderful Pamela. I am so happy you are doing well. Keep it up girl!

for me, I find it is important to get in 2 protein shakes by 1:00pm, that way I only have 1 more shake to go before bed. I use Unjury strawberry sorbet mixed with 1/2 cup No sugar added apple juice and 1/2 cup of water with lots of ice in an extra tall Tervis tumbler so that it stays cold. Also, I like a K-cup of caffeine free Starbucks coffee mixed with 1 scoop of Unjury chocolate splendor. I think I will enjoy that one more once the weather cools down. It takes me 1 hour to drink a shake
