Breakfast - cheeseburger quiche - finished it off - I'll miss it, but I'm going to make a crustless mushroom and bacon quiche tomorrow.

Dinner - slow cooker thai chicken thighs - will fini**** off today, and will make greek chicken with Kalamatta olives tomorrow!

I just made a looooong post about what I'm up to, so I'll spare you all the repetition. I'm meal planning for the week now and pulling out my nonexistent hair due to the amount of veggies I picked up at the market - completely forgetting that I'm not cooking for three dinners this week! ARGH! Thank goodness the sweet potatoes and winter squashes can wait until next week...
1: frankenshake
2: ren faire food - ribbon fryes, gyro, cucumber lemon water
3: grilled burgers w/ crispy smashed potatoes
water and vites: great with liquid, not so great with vites. I missed my lunchtime batch which I need to take with food.
exercise: rest day with lots of walking at the Ren Faire and to/from the movie theater in the wee hours, but nothing formal today

So, its my TOM and I ate too much sodium yesterday....needless to say but BLOAT-ville. Watching myself today.

Shake at night. Kids roasted marshmallows tonight - had a bite. Also happy to say that we had birthday cake for my dad and I DIDN'T have one taste....NOT ONE! Phew, that was hard!
