I'm heading out of the office in about an hour woohoo! I'm looking forward to a relaxing long weekend w/ my son. What's on your menu for today?

I have a super exciting day today - I did a lot of yoga, I'm currently finishing up Project Runway, and then I'm going to take a nap since I'm going to see a midnight showing of my favorite movie ever (CLUE) at a local theater which is way past my bedtime!

Continuing my new maintenance plan of 4 meals a day. So far so good - weight is steady, and I'm enjoying the extra meal.
Breakfast - cheeseburger quiche and cucumber salad
Lunch - hamburger and cheddar cheese
snack - ground beef and cabbage casserole
dinner - thai chicken thighs and garlic green beans
vitamins -on track
water - a little behind
exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I have a day planned with my cousins tomorrow. We always have a blast together. It will be a little bit different for me this time around though.

S - ground turkey with Prego lite & smart pasta sauce
S - protein shake w/ 8 oz unsweetened original almond milk
D - 1 scrambled egg
S - 1/2 tuna salad pouch (Starkist ready to eat)
E - 30 minutes circuit training to Jillian Michael's "30 Day Shred"
W - 24 oz so far, need to catch up
V - on track
