I loved conference, vacation has been full of buffets! Great choices..Protein always first...but, that means heavy feeling in the sleeve all the time because it moves so dang slow!!! 

 

Was up 0.4 last weigh in here in Vegas at Weigh****chers.

 

Back to routine Saturday!

Its day three of my new maintenance strategy "4 meals a day"  and so far, so good. I'm eating 1,300 cals per day, and  I'm liking it.  I'm realizing that maintenance is just like "following the plan."  Its just a different plan.  There's no "on the diet"/'Off the diet"  choice anymore.  Its just a choice of which calorie plan...  Its taking me a while, but I think I've got it now!

Breakfast - crustless cheeseburger quiche

Lunch - stuffed green pepper and cucumber salad

Snack - crock pot thai chicken thigh and garlic green beans

Dinner - cabbage and ground beef casserole

Exercise - done

Today has been an awesome day since I got to have mental therapy and go out to lunch with my bestie :D

2: tilapia curry at local caribbean place with S
3: meatballs w/ pasta w/ sauce w/ zucchini parmesan loaf

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.41 miles, 30 minutes yoga - intermediate stretches for runners
