125 lbs. - here I come!

HI Tracy, thanks for this post. I have been at a comfort level hovering between 159-161 for the last few weeks. My original goal was 150 but having lost 77 lbs I look and feel so much better, so I have been thinking about trying maintenance.
But like you, I have spots that are "fluffy". I LOVE that description- not just loose skin, some stubborn fat that should go. I am 10 years older than you, but I think I can probably lose those last 10 lbs as well. So your post is the nudge I need- to get rid of that middle of the body fat It may take me the rest of the year, but I think having a goal will be good.
And if I get to 149 I will be at the weight I was when I started in my current position 26 years ago. Thanks Tracy and thanks to my wonderful sleeve!

Its wonderful that you are maintaining and still losing a bit more weight. I can relate to the belly fat around the middle. I have my share. I like that you are easing into the lower weight and taking your time to find the weight you want to maintain. Great job working that sleeve and doing the maintenance work. I am so happy for you.

I've watched your awesome progress and have tried to use it as a roadmap for myself. I'm your height and I want to head down to your weight range. Right now 134 is set as my goal but, in my head, it's lower. I can't wait to see you do this so I can learn from you!
(And I love that you said, "dicked around"...it made me snort!)
