2 weeks vacation w/o a scale
So I was gone for 2 weeks. I had no access to my scale. I was on vacation and definitely overindulged a bit. I also worked out a lot. I got on the scale this morning and am the EXACT same weight as I was when I left.
I guess this is a good thing. I guess this is what maintenance is.
I can't deny that I wouldn't be happy to drop another 10 lbs, but I do not think that I need to at all and I really want to avoid any kind of diet mentality. I like the structure I have now and think it is very maintainable.
That's awesome that your weight was the same. I think it means you did something right :D

I was in New Orleans for about 3 weeks, with a 4 day return trip home for class in the middle. Gained 10, got home lost most, returned, gained it right back. Working on dropping it now. In reflecting back I did an awful lot of rationalization. My biggest downfall was beignets for breakfast each day with the rationalization that since that is a New Orleans thing it does not represent a long term problem. But the rationalization does. Lesson learned.
