Happy Monday everyone :)  I am back at work and happy about it!

What's on the menu today?

B - chike & latte

L - burrito bowl

S - deli meat, greek yogurt & berries

S - peanuts on the drive home

D - grilled flank steak & green beans

E - total conditioning class & abs -- maybe a run if I am feeling full of energy

W - on track

V - later

Hi All, Its Monday morning and I hit a new low at 165 and a BMI of 25!  One more pound to "Normal."  I never thought I'd see the day when I was a normal weight.  - It hasn't happened yet, but maybe it will!

Breakfast - salmon, cucumber salad

Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche

Dinner - slow cooker thai chicken thighs - yum and roasted zucchini and red peppers

vitamins -on track

water - good

exercise- recumbent bike, as always

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Way to go Cappy! It will happen! I know how you feel..I hit my goal and I'm just at the highest range of normal..however if I fluctuate 1 pound I'm back at Obese again! Stupid BMI's drive me crazy sometimes.

Been sick with a little gastro this past weekend so taking it easy..Sticking with liquids and softer foods today.

B-Protein drink

L-Cottage cheese

S-Greek yogurt

D-Not sure yet..will see how I feel. Maybe some chicken soup or another protein drink.

Vitamins and water-check

Exercise-did light cardio only today.
