I was afk for almost all of the day yesterday, so this is a day late.  

1: frankenshake
2: sushi!!
3: unclear since I'll be at the state fair. I'm sure I can find something to eat ;) -- The fair had a surprising number of great options for me. Lots of meat stuff! I ended up having a gyro for dinner and just picked the meat strips out. Delicious!
3.5: 1/3 of a bowl of moose tracks ice cream!

water and vites: on track!
exercise: 60 minutes tai chi, 60 minutes pilates, (walking around the fair)
