Happy Thursday. I can't believe I am saying this, but I am ready to go back to work. I have been on vacation for a bit too long.

3: unclear. I'm making slow cooker brazilian chicken curry with rice for the guys, but I'm not sure if that will appeal to me once I'm home. I might have tomato salad with white beans and mozzarella. We'll see what I feel like at 8pm.

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.41 miles, 20 minutes yoga - beginner stretches for runners, 60 minutes bhangra dance fitness

It's definitely something I think about too. I always joked that it I was going to transfer addiction I'd like to transfer to exercise - but, really, any addiction is unhealthy and to be avoided! Thankfully I can't answer yes to any of the author's questions. But I'll certainly refer to them every so often to make sure.
