What's on the menu?

D - out on the town - not sure meat & veg

Yay Wednesday!  I'm in the middle of changing my workout schedule and, so far, I'm SUPER happy.  My classes are also coming to an end for the term so I haven't had some of them this week and I don't have any of them next week.  I'm making up for it with extra yoga at home.  

Yesterday really beat me up.  I really hit the wall after getting home and settling in for my long weekend vacation.  I woke up fine and got through my exercise, but then I just lost all of my oomph.  Today, after a good night of sleep, I'm doing infinitely better.  I got out to the grocery store and will cook dinner tonight and everything!

3: coconut curry shrimp/chicken w/ rice for the guys

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga at home - 15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 30 minutes beginner combination

I made a modified version of your szechuan green beans w/ pork last night -- I used bacon instead of pork and added onions.  It was a big hit :)

Yes, Happy Hump day!

Breakfast - pesto chicken and parmesan cheese and cucumber salad

Lunch - the last serving of the enchilada casserole - yum - but it was high in calories, so maybe I can lose a little weight now that its gone!

Dinner - balsamic chicken and roasted zucchini

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - maybe later... recumbent bike time!
