Yay Tuesday!  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna with mashed potatoes
3: coconut curry shrimp and chicken - I'm doubling the recipe and making half with chicken for the guys and half with shrimp for me and then my lunches for a while.

water and vites: on track
exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.45 miles! 20 minutes yoga - beginner stretches for runners

breakfast - salmon and roasted cauliflower

lunch - enchilada casserole - my favorite and almost gone!

dinner -pesto chicken and roasted red peppers and zucchini

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - done

Can you share the enchilada casserole recipe?  Sounds delish and I know you're a carb watcher so it's probably something I can eat.  Or maybe not, since you're now MAINTAINING?!  :-)

had my 1 year blood work done this morning, 9 viles, feeling great

B: sausage break. burrito, I remove as much of the tortilla as possible, and a large plain ice coffee.

S: yogurt

L: 1/2 tuna salad sandwich, on light bread, cucumber slices

D: fish, veg,

S: greek yogurt w/1/2 peach

E: walk the dog, 2-3 miles.

v: almost

W: yep.
