3: coconut curry shrimp and chicken - I'm doubling the recipe and making half with chicken for the guys and half with shrimp for me and then my lunches for a while.

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.45 miles! 20 minutes yoga - beginner stretches for runners

had my 1 year blood work done this morning, 9 viles, feeling great
B: sausage break. burrito, I remove as much of the tortilla as possible, and a large plain ice coffee.
