Meal 1- chicken wrap (WW wrap, 2 oz chicken, cucumber, sweet chili Thai)

Meal 2- banana bread and margarine (oops)

meal 3- 4 oz chicken and mixed veggies

Meal 4- yogurt and orange

B - Greek yogurt with a strawberry

S - almonds

L - 2 oz chicken, 1 small fresh mozz ball with 2 cherry tomatoes

D - taco salad, yes I'm using beef

S - 1/2 power crunch bar

B - Poached egg on refried beans and taco meat (also licked spoon twice when making my son's lunch so got bite of peach butter and bite of hummus....ugh...habits are so hard to handle when you're rushing and not thinking!)

L - Salmon florentine

D - Marinara over "zoodles" since my zucchini spiral noodler has arrived.  :-)

*Edited to add:  I'm working tonight so will have a couple of cups of protein coffee, too.

E - 40 minute walk

W - good

V - good
