Happy Sunday everyone :) It is beautiful out here in Massachusetts. I hope everyone at the conference is having a blast!
Whats on the menu today?

L - turkey burger w/ brussel sprouts
S - maybe another protein shake
S - greek yogurt & berries
D - grilled lamb chop, tomato & cheese pie and salad
S - hopefully not ice cream -- i think I might hit up an OA meeting tonight
E - kayak, yoga & maybe a run
W - on track
V - keep forgetting these ugh!
