Happy Sunday everyone :)  It is beautiful out here in Massachusetts.  I hope everyone at the conference is having a blast!

Whats on the menu today?

B - chike

L - turkey burger w/ brussel sprouts

S - maybe another protein shake 

S - greek yogurt & berries

D - grilled lamb chop, tomato & cheese pie and salad

S - hopefully not ice cream -- i think I might hit up an OA meeting tonight

E - kayak, yoga & maybe a run

W - on track

V - keep forgetting these ugh!

E - hiked this morning with my dog

Ended up eating some of my leftover Indian takeout for dinner.  Threw the rest away.  It's a waste but it's too tempting for me to have around and it's greasy enough that I don't need to fini**** off.

Breakfast: Protein shake, unjury vanilla protein powder w/ vanilla unsweetened almond milk and mocha coffee and Torani unsweetened french vanilla syrup.

Lunch: Taco Salad, lettuce, taco meat, salsa , sourcream

Snack: Quest White Chocolate Raspberry bar

Dinner: Taco Salad

breakfast- pesto chicken and cucumber salad

lunch - enchilada casserole

Dinner - salmon and roasted cauliflower

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - 30 minutes on recumbent bike
