L:  stuffed 1/2 trout (stuffed with lemon and garlic) and a zucchini noodle salad

D: fried chicken liver and onions over "mashed potatoes" ( cauliflower)

Snacks: tomato (from my garden) and avocado and red onion salad with a few baby shrimp and olive oil

Have you noticed a theme in my food? I live in Texas and we have the Hatch Green Chili festival going on at Central Market. One of my favorite things they do during the year. There are so many great things to eat there but I am staying the course and eating just a little of my favorites. It only happens once a year.
