Happy Friday everyone!  What's on the menu?

 

B - chike

S - ham & cheese

L - meat muffin & sweet potatoes

S - greek yogurt & blueberries

S - peanuts

D - rotisserie chicken & brussel sprouts

S - greek yogurt & strawberries (potentially turned into ice cream)

E - none - maybe a walk or light yoga tonight

W - on track

V - check!

Today I'm down 90 pounds!  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna cakes!
3: sausage, spinach, and spaghetti squash boats - I'm not actually making boats, though, I'll make it in a casserole dish.

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes tai chi, 60 minutes pilates, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.34 miles

Nice milestone!  Great work :)

 

What a big workout day.  I took today off -- forced myself.  It was much needed!

Thanks!  Friday is my crazy workout day but today was the last one it'll be like this.  I'm changing my running days to Tu/Th/Su next week just so I'll no longer have the insanity that is currently Fridays. :P

Missed breakfast again.  I'm thinking it's the early morning run.  It's hard to eat after that.  Today I did protein in my coffee just for something with a little substance.

W- almost at 64 ounces...will get my 10 glasses in today..Yay

It's so sad sometime that people can be so mean and hurtful .... :-(

B. Omlet with ham and cheese 

1/2 of the top of a slice of buffalo chicken pizza (not the pizza part )

D. Ali split a broiled seafood platter with my hubby talipia shrimp and stuffed shrimp... didn't have any stuffed shrimp.. and a scallop
