Ugh I'm not feeling well, but I keep working out and I think that is making it worse. I need to take a couple of day off.

Having an "I wanna eat my face off" kind of day .... Sigh

Meal 2 - Green Pepper and Carrot sticks, 1 tbsp poppyseed dressing
Meal 3 - Dried Mango slices and Slimdown energy bar
Meal 4 - BBQ chicken leg and thigh, 1/4 cup rice and mixed Veggies
Meal 5 - Apple and Yogurt
Seems like a lot when I type it out ... Cals were 1035 and 82 G Protein
I went for my run this morning and missed breakfast. Forgot about it, actually. So calories and protein are low today.
