In my first trial since surgery. And, no stress eating!  Yippy!

B: boiled egg

S: SF vanilla latte

L: cottage cheese and pineapple

S: if needed, I have a protein bar in my bag

D: unknown. Probably left over baked chicken breast. 

Vit: Multi done. Now to remember calcium!
