I'm heading on vacation this weekend, so it is great the week is already half over. I'm going to my parents for 2 weeks with the OH conference in the middle. I wont be on my home scale for 2 weeks -- eek!
Onto the food!

Today is a glorious day, but I can't wait until tomorrow when I'll be getting my first post-op haircut! Well... post-op and post-shave, heh. I'm thinking of getting it dyed as blond as possible (I've got dark brown hair) and cut like Emma Watson's post-Harry Potter pixie cut.

3: kofta balls with indian tomato sauce + rice for the guys - I LOVE this recipe. It's proteiny and vegan as well!

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.32 miles, 20 minutes yoga at home (beginner stretch for runners)

B - cellucor peanut butter marshmallow protein shake with unsweetened almondmilk

D - Not sure yet - either swai fillet steam-baked with salsa or a tuna steak

E - 2-3 mile walk with the puppy (broken up between morning and evening); 45 minutes of yoga (done at lunch); 1 hour personal training session (done at 630am)
