I have been a lurker for "What Are You Eating" for awhile now so I thought I would join in!

Meal1 - Protein Shake (Premier Shake, PB2, 1/2 cup 1% mil****)

Meal2 - 3oz Tilipia, 1/2 tbsp tarter sauce

Meal3- Plum

Meal4 - 2 Eggs, 1 tsp light becel

Meal5 - Yogurt, Apple

Happy Tuesday!  I "only" had yoga scheduled for today so I ended up taking a walk outside.  I'm changing my workout schedule in a few weeks and I can't wait, things will be much better arranged then.  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna cakes
3: mom's chicken w/ tomato cobbler

water and vites: on track
exercise: 52:51 minute walk outside for a total of 2.25 miles and 60 minute yoga class

I have to be mindful of grazing while cooking even though it's healthy food. Not good

B:  egg beaters and 1 turkey sausage

S:  turkey stick

L:  portobella mushroom stuffed with 2 ounces of ground turkey, 2 pickled asparagus spears

D:  chicken breast

lunch crustless cheeseburger quiche - almost gone! - and broccoli slaw

dinner - paprika pork chops and sauerkraut plus garlic green beans
