Happy Friday!  I am having a tough week emotionally. I know it is hormones, but still not fun.  

I have to go speed dating tonight.  Arg - I'm so anti-social and tend to isolate especially when I'm feeling down, so it seems like a chore.  But I have a babysitter, I'm going to get dressed up and have some fun (and a glass of wine!)

B - chike

S - ham & cheese, latte

L - spicy chicken w/ pea pods

S - greek yogurt & blueberries

D - taco salad

S - wine

E - lifting & abs -- holy cow a 10 minute ab class is tough!

W - on track

V - taking it now :)

Dinner - hamburger with cheddar cheese and garlic green beans

exercise - done

Stacy - must be one of those weeks.  I've been super emotional, too.  And that's just not me!  Tomorrow I'm going canoeing w/ a friend.  I hope the extended exercise and outdoor time help my mood!  Not to mention the fun company with her, her daughter, and my son.

Speed dating sounds.. festive.  I hope it goes well for you!  

Today is my insane exercise day and I'm really looking forward to that changing in a few weeks.  

1: frankenshake
2: tuna cakes
3: mexican stuffed bell peppers

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes tai chi, 60 minutes pilates, 65:28 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.33 miles (Weird time since I hit the emergency cutoff by accident.)
