Vitamins - anyone have any advice on helping with pills? I can't do the chewables, as they make me gag. But the pills tend to get stuck in my throat on the way down...

exercise: 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.3 miles. I meant to do post-run yoga, but I forgot until I was already getting into the shower.
