E - probaby not - but will try and swing the kettlebell at work - I really wanted to run a mile a day but I'm not making it happen when I'm working so much. Darn! Kids and hubby are back home. I will take the little on a bike ride tomorrow and I'll run alongside him.
V - good
Ugh - after 4 nights, 3 to go, my cabinets are a little bare. I've got tuna, I've got leftover cheeseburger zucchini, I've got cottage cheese and greek yogurt and protein powder and protein bars. So from something there I'll have lunch and dinner.
Yay for getting back into my routine!
B: Premier chocolate shake and a cup of coffee with .5T half and half
L: Wild Garden Hummus dip, 2oz carrots, 2oz cucumber, 1 Trader Joe brown rice cake with 1T almond butter
S: Coffee with .5T half and half
D: 3oz grilled ribeye, sauteed onion and mushroom
S: .8c 2% cottage cheese, 1 medium peach
E: Skipping swimming to go to WLS group meeting this evening
W: At 48oz already
V: On track
Breakfast - left over breadless Rueben sandwich
Lunch - meat balls with parmesan cheese
dinner - chicken and veggie
water - slow - better get going.
