Happy Sunday to everyone :)

I'm going to look at town houses this afternoon.  The commute is pretty rough to my new job, so I am exploring options of moving.  I would have to rent out my house or sell at a big loss, so it isn't a super easy decision.

I cooked up a storm this weekend.  Cooking after work is hard b/c I have been getting home late to avoid the commute, and the next couple of weekends are busy w/ a 1/2 marathon and visit to my parents, so I wanted to stock up the freezer.  I made - taco salad, crustless quiche, chicken cordon blue casserol and spicy chinese chicken.  I think I should be good for a while!

B - chike

L - crustless quiche & sweet potato

D - taco salad

S - not sure running around today

E - 3 mile run (25:02)! & yoga

W - on track

V - before dinner

Finally back home after a stressful weekend out of town. I had no trouble staying within my calorie limits or choosing the right foods, but we ate out just about every meal, so who the heck knows what was in those good choice foods? Also had pretty major disruption in my exercise schedule, and will need to skip a water aerobics class tomorrow evening in order to attend the monthly local WLS group meeting, so I am hoping all the airport walking helped offset that loss. We shall see!

B: 5.3oz Chobani greek yogurt with peaches
L: Nada
D: 3.4oz grilled ribeye, sauteed onion and mushrooms
S: 4oz cottage cheese, 1 medium peach

E: several miles airport walking
W: Better than usual
V: On track

Great run, Stacey.  We had to rent out our house a couple of years ago because we didn't want to take the hit on selling at a big loss.  It sucks.  However, we chose to go w/ a management company to rent it and we aren't making any money but we aren't losing any.  And we don't deal with the headaches.  We just signed another one year lease with the same renters and next July we'll put it on the market and get out of it completely.  It's finally worth more than what we paid for it.  I'm glad we didn't take the loss.  We bought the house we're in now and love it.  I'm thrilled with our move but won't say it wasn't w/o it's headaches to rent a hosue you don't live in.  Especially since there is the capital gain**** after a few years if you sell it after you haven't lived in it as your primary residence.  I can't remember how many years it is but am wanting to say 3?

I'm on my 4th night in my 7 night stint.  Light at the end of the tunnel is a pinpoint but it's finally visible!  ha

B - refried beans, taco meat, egg

L - protein bar

veg snack - creamed spinach

D - turkey, cheese, and crab stuffed grilled jalapeno

W - good

V - good

E - didn't happen today...not even a mile run.
